Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Every order over $100 (before tax) ships free within the United States. If you think your order qualifies but you didn't see free shipping at checkout, contact us and we'll sort it out.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders ship from New York. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days unless we let you know otherwise when you order. Dispatch can take a little longer during holidays and sales.

What is your returns policy?

Free returns within 10 days. You can return any item within 10 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us within the contiguous United States.

Items must be unused, unwashed and unmarked, with tags and in their original packaging, so they can be resold as new. We may decline a return if an item arrives back in poor condition. Gift cards and custom or personalized orders can't be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@replenishgoods.com within 10 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a free prepaid return label and instructions.

How long will my return take to process?

After we receive your return, it takes about 10 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. We'll email you as soon as it's done.

Can I exchange my order?

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
