Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping within the United States for all orders over $200 before tax. If you feel that you qualify for free shipping but were not presented with the option at checkout, please contact customer service, and we will work to resolve the issue. We offer ground shipping for all full-priced orders to the United States. 

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Ny. In-stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days after the order is received unless you are notified otherwise when you place the order.

Please note that dispatch timeframes may be extended during holiday or promotional periods.

What is your returns policy?

We will gladly accept a return as long as the goods are unused, unwashed, and unmarked and have been returned within 30 days of delivery.

The merchandise must be in good condition to be able to be resold as new, or we reserve the right to deny any return based on a poor condition of the item.

All full-priced items can be returned for free within the Contiguous United States.

How long will my return take to process?

After we receive your return, it will take approximately 10 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. We’ll email you once your refund or store credit has been issued.

Can I exchange my order?

To exchange your order, apply for a return here. During the return process you can select either a refund or store credit which can apply as an exchange.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to USA right now but hope to expand in the future.
